Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from The Fancy Depot, you agree to the following terms:

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not allow refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges/Store Credit: Exchanges or store credit may only be offered if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Processing & Turnaround Times: Standard processing time is 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times vary based on destination.

  • Order Accuracy: Please ensure your address and order details are correct before checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment use.

  • Chargebacks: By completing your purchase, you agree to these policies. Filing a chargeback after receiving your order is considered fraud. We will provide proof of delivery, communication, and our policies to the payment processor to dispute illegitimate claims.

 

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take longer.

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping is 3–7 business days after processing. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by country. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Fancy Depot/Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned by the carrier. For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • No Refunds: All sales are final.

  • Exchanges: Items may be exchanged only if defective or incorrect. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Process: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange. If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Final Sale Items: Wigs, hair products, cosmetics, and discounted sale items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.

Payment Policy

  • Accepted Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal and other secure payment options listed at checkout.

  • No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Chargebacks: By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Any attempt to dispute or reverse charges after receiving your order will be treated as fraud. All proof of your order, delivery, and our no-refund policy will be provided to your bank/payment provider.

 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is only used to process and ship orders, communicate with you, and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
